Library

The college library is well equipped with large number of textbook, reference books, periodicals, journals and newspapers. The library consists of Reading hall, Internet browsing center (e-Library), Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC), Newspaper reading stand, reference section etc. College Library, established for students, researchers and faculties of Arts, Commerce and Science. The library has introduced computerized OPAC for the students as well as staff. Students are expected to make the maximum use of the library and reading room facilities provided in the College.

Care of Library materials

Library resources are costly and rare. They are beneficial for present as well as future members of the library. Hence nobody should write upon, damage or marks on any library materials. Tracing or copying of any printed material is a serious offence by the copyright law.

    Rules and Regulations

  • Switch off Mobile phones or to keep on silent mode in the library premises
  • ID card/BT Card is mandatory for using library.
  • All readers are required to maintain discipline in the library.
  • Bags not allowed in the Library and stack area.
  • Discipline and queue must be maintained in library.
  • Read the Library Notice Board time to time for updates.
  • Co-operate the library staff for smooth functioning and library services.
  • If you have any problem regarding library please contact to librarian.
  • Only Admitted students and students with valid reason and valid permission from authority will be allowed to use the library.
  • Misbehavior in the library will be punished or penalized according to the college authority or library membership will be cancelled.
  • Smoking, eating, sleeping and talking loudly are strictly prohibited in the Library.
  • Handle the Library Book carefully.
  • Check the book at the time of issuing. In case of any defect or damage please inform the library staff.
  • Return the books on due date or renewed otherwise fine will be charged at the time of clearance.

  • e-Library

    The library has a separate place exclusively devoted for a e-library. It has in housed with 16 machines with the A/V facilities. Students can access internet, listen and watch academic related audios & videos in a e-library. Apart from this, student can access library through web OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) and even subscribed electronic databases. The digital library is designed and developed for viewing the digital contents and the day to day needs of modern students.

    Reading Room

    We have a spacious reading room for reference and study. It has journals, news-papers and magazines to keep our students continually updated about the world around them. Students of Arts, Commerce and Science are availing the benefit of this facility. Some Research Scholars are also making use of our Reading Room. The college library has Journals, Magazines and Newspapers which can be availed by the student in his free period. A number of magazines and periodicals are available in the reading room. These can be borrowed from the library assistant and must be returned after reading. Students are not permitted to take them out of the reading room.

    Newspaper

    The library has a separate stand for newspapers. Newspaper stand has English papers such as Times of India, Industan Times, The Hitavada, Raj Express etc., Hindi newspapers such as Dainik Bhaskar, Nav Bharat etc., Marathi newspapers such as Lokmat, Loksatta, Tarun Bharat, Sakal etc. and Employment related newspapers such as Rojgar Samachar, Employment News etc.
